<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically distribute the load of communication between a base station device and a host device corresponding to this base station device to plural communication lines provided between these base station device and host device among these plural communication lines. SOLUTION: Inside a base station device 2, line terminating parts are provided for respectively terminating respective communication lines, a ring counter- shaped circuit is constituted by cyclically serially connecting an arbitration circuit, which outputs a signal expressing the reception right of the relevant line terminating part, to all the line terminating parts. The line terminating part having the logical '1' of the signal expressing the reception right in this ring counter-shaped circuit sends one packet from the base station device to a host device 11. When this one packet is completely sent out, the signal expressing the reception right in the ring counter-shaped circuit is shifted by one step so that the line load can be distributed.</p> |
