PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively shield an electromagnetic wave from a cable inserted inside for improved work efficiency by forming another layer of a shield material which shields the electromagnetic wave on the inside of a surface layer with a hollow formed inside, and forming these plural layers into a bellows. SOLUTION: Related to a bellows main body 2, a first layer 2a is formed of an artificial leather, and a second layer 2b as a shield material is formed inside the layer 2a, and a third layer 2c inside the second layer 2b. The second layer 2b comprises a metalized fabric formed by electroless plating with copper or nickel on the surface of a synthetic fabric of polyester resin for weaving, which is bonded on the rear surface of the first layer 2a. The third layer 2c comprises a polyester resin film, and bonded on the rear surface of the second layer 2b as a form-keeping material. These three layers are integrated and then bent at a specified interval with end parts jointed to form an internal hollow. Thus, the entire bellows main body 2 is expandable/shrinkable in a length direction.
