摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the desired electrical characteristics of an electronic device by a method wherein an electrical shape correcting region is provided on the step part of an electrical characteristic film so as to decide the electrical sec tional form of the step part. SOLUTION: A step 1c of an angle of 60 to 90 degrees is formed between the upper and lower step surfaces 1a and 1b of an insulative substrate 1 and a first Tl superconducting thin film 7 which is a first electrical characteristic imparting thin film, which is formed so as to lie over the step 1c and forms a step part 7c between the upper and lower step surfaces 7a and 7b, is laminated on the substrate 1. Moreover, an insulating region 8, which is an electrical shape correcting region for correcting the electrical characteristics of an electronic device in the step part 7c into prescribed ones, is provided on the step part 7c of the thin film 7. The boundary surface 8a between the region 8 and the thin film 7 is formed in roughly parallel to a step surface 1e of the substrate 1. Thereby, the device can obtain the desired electrical characteristics.
