PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a polarizing plate is fused in a press-fixing process by placing a heat sink on an optical film in the heat press-fixing head side of a liquid crystal panel and heat-press-fixing the liquid crystal panel and the terminals of a film substrate by using a heat press-fixing head. SOLUTION: A glass epoxy substrate 11 is adhered to the back face of a terminal to be connected, is bent at this position and fixed through a jig. Pin holes are opened on the both ends of the glass epoxy substrate and the substrate is fixed by inserting it into a jig rising the pins. Then, the terminals of a liquid crystal panel 1 produced by temporarily adhering an anisotropic conductive film 4 to a film substrate 3 are positioned and temporarily fixed by heating the both sides of the terminals from the glass side by using a soldering iron. Then, the liquid crystal panel 1 on which a chip-on-FPC(COF) is temporarily fixed, is placed on a stage 7 to set the terminal parts to be press-fixed on the upper part placing silicon rubber 9. An aluminum plate 10 is placed on a polarizing plate 8 and a Teflon sheet 6 is placed on the terminal parts to be press-fixed. Further, the terminal parts are press-fixed by a heated press- fixing head 5.
