PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming efficiently and uniformly a molecule recognizing film of high quality on a sensor electrode in a short time, and to provide a method for introducing accurately and efficiently a massive evaluation-detected biosample on plural formed micro sensor electrode dots in a short time. SOLUTION: An organic thin film material solution is printed accurately as a microdot from an ink jet nozzle 21 on a required microelectrode 23 surface so that an organic thin film is formed on the electrode, and a high density microelectrode 23 is prepared thereby. A solution of a sample substance or a liquid substance to be sensitized is flown on an organic thin film surface of the microelectrode 23 as a microdot by the ink jet nozzle 21, so as to evaluate a sample.
