PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an air layer and to prevent decrease in contrast due to boundary reflection when the obtd. film is laminated on a polarizing film or phase difference film, by forming a forward scattering film with at least one surface having adhesion property. SOLUTION: The forward scattering film 5 is produced by forming a light- scattering layer 1 comprised of a transparent polymer binder containing spherical fine particles on a transparent resin film 2 by coating method or the like. As for the transparent polymer binder, thermoplastic, thermosetting or UV- curing binder can be used. Especially by using an adhesive having adhesion property which adheres to the objective body as the transparent polymer binder, the light-scattering layer 1 can be formed as an adhesive light-scattering layer so that the forward scattering film can be produced as having adhesion property on at least one surface without forming an adhesive layer 3. |
