<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a switching device that prevents troubles such as broken lines, in which vibration exerted to a switching element itself is buffered and also the switching element is efficiently cooled. SOLUTION: An insulation sheet 52, a base plate 53 and a FET are inserted firmly and fixed between a metal made case 51 and an insertion plate 55. Since a source S of the FET connects to the insertion plate 55 and a drain D connects to the base plate 53 respectively, a load resulting from the weight of a harness is hardly imposed on a connection section, so that troubles such as broken lines due to the connection section left from the original position can be prevented in advance. Furthermore, the insulation sheet 52 placed to an upper face of the metal-made case 51 acts as an absorbing member with respect to vibration exerted to the FET itself. Moreover, the base plate 53 and the insertion plate 55 efficiently emit heat which is generated in the FET.</p> |
