PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the intended limit on use fearing possible failures caused by environment and increase the use by changing a bag according to difference in size for the type of a portable telephone and heat-sealing the bag. SOLUTION: Each copper plate is machined to form a continuous protrusion band shape, which is a heat conduction reference surface for heat-seal fusion. The continuous protrusion band shape formed on the copper plate includes two types (Fig. A and B) and on type (Fig. C) for sealing a tag which is a content-display object, three types in all, according to the difference in size of machine types of portable telephones, corresponding to almost all portable telephones currently commercially available. Before heat-sealing according to the Fig. A or the Fig. B, a resin slightly larger than a tag is used to thermally seal the tag according to the Fig. C in advance. Here, when sealing by heat-seal (20) is performed, the tag may be exchanged if heat-sealing is performed only in three sides instead of four sides.
