摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydrogen occlusion tank device for accurately detecting the hydrogen occlusion state of a hydrogen occlusion tank regardless of repetition of the occlusion and discharge of hydrogen to and from the hydrogen occlusion tank. SOLUTION: When an inflation change in hydrogen occlusion alloy powder occurs due to the change in the amount of hydrogen occlusion, the contact area and state of adjacent hydrogen occlusion powder change, and hence the resistance between a pair of electrodes 7 changes. Therefore, the relationship between the amount of hydrogen occlusion of the hydrogen occlusion alloy powder in the hydrogen occlusion tank 6 and the electrical resistance between both the electrodes is obtained in advance and the amount of hydrogen occlusion can be calculated from the relationship and the detected electric resistance. In this manner, no measurement error is accumulated as before even if the occlusion and discharge of hydrogen are repeated for a number of times, thus constant and accurate detection of the amount of hydrogen occlusion can be realized.
