PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent perfectly hardening of adhesive on a tip of a nozzle and to supply smoothly the adhesive. SOLUTION: The nozzle 11 used when connection surfaces 5, 7 of two optical parts W1, W2 are opposed to each other, and an UV cure type adhesive is supplied to a connecting gap 3 provided between the connection surfaces 5, 7, and the supplied UV cure type adhesive is irradiated by an UV beam to be hardened/connected is moved to a supply position when the UV cure type adhesive is supplied, and is moved to a standby position to stand by when the UV cure type adhesive is irradiated by the UV beam for hardening the UV setting type adhesive supplied to the connection surfaces 5, 7. On this standby position, the tip of the nozzle 11 is cut off from the UV beam by a cover 13.
