PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove dust and dirt that shut a light made incident onto a photographing face of a camera without giving damage to a lens and a filter of the portable video telephone set. SOLUTION: The telephone set 1 is configured to have a camera, a monitor and to use a radio public channel network for transmission/reception of image and audio data. The telephone set 1 is also provided with the camera, a 1st cylindrical internal case 7 having the camera in its inside, a 2nd cylindrical internal case 3 that has the 1st internal case 7 in its inside and acts like a protection filter by which deposition of dust on the lens of the camera is prevented, and an outer case 2 that has the 2nd internal case 3 in its inside, and the 2nd internal case 3 rotates the 1st internal case 7 and the outer case 2 independently.
