GLASSES PICTURE GENERATING METHOD/DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM RECORDING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register pictures in a database as picture parts at every type of a pair of glasses and at every part, to exchange pictures in a part unit and to easily generate a glasses picture by calculating the arrangement positions of a rim picture and the part picture based on a position relation between the parts contained in design information and dimension information. SOLUTION: A part picture required for synthesis is selected and read from a part picture storage means 2 based on a glasses design generated by a glasses design generation means 7 and it is inputted to a picture composing means 9. A rim picture generation means 6 reads a material rim picture stored in a material picture storage means 5, generates a rim picture and inputs it to the picture composing means 9. A face picture input means 8 inputs the face picture of a man to the picture composing means 9. The picture composing means 9 composes the selected partial picture and the rim picture based on a glasses frame design, generates a glasses frame, overlaps the glasses frame with the face picture and generates the face picture with glasses.
