PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for driving fluid which provides a disposition having adaptability and can be used as a cooling system having an airflow guide system and a fan that decreases turbulence in a flow area. SOLUTION: A temperature control cooling system 100 comprises a fan 110, and an airflow guide system which has an air inlet duct 120 guiding the air to the fan 110. Also, the inlet duct 120 has a turbulence decreasing flow grid 125 which decreases turbulence in air by dividing the inlet duct 120 into a plurality of isolated flow paths 130.
