PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a memory or CPU from being wasted by always working a program for interchange to a server program on a Firewall computer and to reduce useless communication without interchanging communication from a user, for which access to the server program is not permitted, to the server program. SOLUTION: When a client program acquisition request is issued from a client computer 1 to a server computer 2, the skeleton object program of the server program and the stab object program of the client program are automatically transmitted from the server computer 2 to a Firewall computer 3 as an interchange program and the interchange program is automatically constructed on the Firewall computer 3.
