PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display control device which can be simplified in the constitution and improved in the display quality. SOLUTION: ROM 2 and RAM 3 are directly connected with a display controller 14 and the data stored in them are sent to the display controller 14 without passing through an internal data bus. At least the timing of writing and reading RAM 3, and the timing of writing the liquid crystal driver 10 are synchronized with a reference clock signal CLK.
