PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position display controller and position display control method in which the positional relation among at least three points is always distinctly displayed. SOLUTION: A GPS module 6 receives the satellite radio waves from a satellite via a GPS antenna 7 and forms position finding data indicating the position of a navigation device in accordance with the satellite radio waves. A display section 4 stores a starting point, a destination and routing places in accordance with the instruction of a operator and determines plural display regions. The display section 4 specifies the present position of the navigation device in accordance with the formed tide level data and displays the images illustrating the routing places, etc., of the two points through which the navigation device is ought to continuously pass and the present position. The display section 4 displays the images indicating the routing places, etc., planned to be passed afterward when the present position is included in the plural display regions. The display section enlarges the times displayed thus far and displays the present position when the present position is not included in either of the display regions. |
