PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable access to data fixed in the past only by designating the name. SOLUTION: When the data fixing request of 'url1' is outputted from information terminal equipment 2, at a data repeater 2, contents 'P1', name 'url1' and data acquisition time information 'T11' of data are held while being related. Besides, the name 'url1', fixture start time information 'T1' and a fixture end time information 'T2' are held while being related by a data fixing device 4. Next, when a fixed information acquiring request is outputted from the information terminal equipment 3 while designating the name 'url1', the 'T1' and 'T2' related to the 'url1' are returned. Then, a history information acquiring request containing the 'url1', 'T1' and 'T2' is outputted from the information terminal equipment 3 to the data repeater 2. When the name 'url1' of data is coincident, after the time shown by 'T1', the data repeater 2 returns the contents 'P1' of data acquired before the time shown by 'T2'.
