PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve high frequency property and reduce the number of parts to be mounted on a board, by providing an air gap between two pieces of stacked ceramic capacitor elements different in capacitance. SOLUTION: In condition that two pieces of stacked ceramic capacitors different in capacitor consisting of a large capacity of stacked ceramic capacitor 1 and a small capacitor of stacked ceramic capacitor 2 are separated above and below, that is, in condition that the capacitor set is provided with an air gap, they are soldered to metallic terminals 3. At this time, the distance of the air gap 5 between the stacked ceramic capacitor elements 1 and 2 is made about 0.3 mm or over. Moreover, the metallic terminal 3 is provided in advance with a capacitor positioning guide 4 for making the interval between the stacked ceramic capacitors 1 and 2 constant. This improves the high frequency property, and lessens the number of capacitor parts at mounting, and reduces the mounting area.
