METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF VALUABLE METAL OF IRREGULAR SHAPED RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and system for quantitative analysis of the variable metal of an irregular shaped raw material that performs the quantitative analysis of a valuable metal by throwing a flux of a specific ratio into the irregular shaped raw material where the shape or the like of the raw material is irregular. SOLUTION: The method for performing the quantitative analysis of a valuable metal includes a process (step 1) for distributing almost all weight of a sample that is made of an irregular shaped raw material to a combustible cup, a process (step 4) for throwing the cup with the irregular shaped raw material into a crucible that is used for the quantitative analysis of the valuable metal (step 3), at the same time, for accurately metering the weight of the irregular shaped raw material in the cup (step 2), and for throwing a flux of a specific ratio being determined of the weight of the irregular shaped raw material being metered, and a process (step 5) for aligning and arranging the cup accommodating the irregular shaped raw material and the flux of a specific ratio successively at a crucible pallet.
