PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make spacers dispersible on optionally specified positions of a plastic substrate without flocculation by constructing openings comprising a tapered part and an adjacent vertical part from the front side toward the rear side of a printing plate and arranging only one spacer on an optional position of the substrate. SOLUTION: Plural openings 11 are provided on the surface of a flat plate composed of an inelastic body. In the each of openings 11, a tapered part 12 and an adjacent vertical part 13 are formed continuously from the front side toward the rear side of a printing plate. As the opening 11 drastically changes its shape at a boundary between two parts 12 and 13, movement of spacers along it is prevented and the spacer existing in the vertical part 13 and the spacers remaining in the tapered part 12 are separated thereby. In addition, a recessing part 19 to surely fix the spacer on a plastic substrate with a solvent is formed on the rear side of a screen printing plate to arrange spacers. Besides the spacers are arranged on the plastic substrate through an opening end 14 at the rear side of the printing plate.
