PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system technology for detecting formation of a green sheet under production to provide information useful for stable production of the green sheet, in sheet manufacturing technique in cement inorganic plate production. SOLUTION: Slurry 8 from a slurry supplying box 7 is fed from a slurry supplying port 9 on a sheet manufacturing belt 2 conveyed by a start end roller 3, a final end roller 4, a guide roller 5 and a tension roller 6, moisture is absorbed by a suction box 12, a formed green sheet 8a is wound by a winding roller 10 to be supplied as a plate material 11. A video signal provided by image-picking up the formed green sheet 8a using a video camera 13 is Fourier- transformed to be evaluated, and uniformity and homogeneity of the green sheet 8a are confirmed thereby.
