摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device for optical parts which is compact and is capable of dealing with automation. SOLUTION: A moving body 9 and a clamping piece 13 are moved in a direction for extruding both from a recessed part 5 of a clamper body 3 by supplying air to a cylinder chamber 11 disposed between the recessed part 5 and the moving body 9 and optical parts W are set between the clamping part 4 of the clamper body 3 and the clamping part 25 of the clamping piece 13. When the air is then removed from the cylinder chamber 11, the clamping piece 13 is pushed toward the recessed part 5 by the energizing force of an energizing member 17 to clamp the optical parts W. The moving body 9 and the clamping piece 13 eventually receive the energizing force evenly over nearly the entire surface by a belleville spring 17. At the time of clamping the optical parts W, the striking part 23 existing on the opposite side of the clamping piece 13 in contact with the optical parts W is struck against the clamper body 3 and, therefore, the clamping piece 13 is capable of clamping the optical parts W without the end tooth bearing with the optical parts W.
