PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an internal combustion engine flywheel magnet rotor whose weight and moment of inertia can be made small. SOLUTION: A boss 4 is attached to a flywheel main part 3. The boss 4 has a cylindrical attachment part 4a, which is coupled with the rotary shaft of an internal combustion engine and a flange part 4b which is continuously formed on the outer circumference of one end in the axial direction of the cylindrical attachment part 4a. The flange part 4b has a stepped structure, wherein the side of the flange part 4b facing the bottom part 3b of the flywheel main part 3 is a small-diameter part 4b1 and the opposite side of the flange part 4b is a large-diameter flange part 4b2.
