PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simply fixing a vibration isolating material which prevents resonance due to the vibration of an engine to a motor, without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A fixing hole bottom surface 7a of a fixing hole 7, to which a motor 1 is fixed is set to be isolated from a cylinder bottom surface 4a of a yoke 4. A cut-raised tab 4b is formed on the yoke cylinder bottom surface 4a. The motor 1 is fixed to the fixing hole 7, in such a manner that the tab 4b abuts against a step-difference part 7b formed on the fixing hole bottom surface 7a and generates elastic deformation. As a result, the tab 4b acts as a vibration isolating material preventing effects of resonance due to engine vibration, so that a vibration isolating material such as O-ring or spring becomes unnecessary and the number of components will not increase. Furthermore, it becomes unnecessary that assembling is performed in a state in which the vibration isolating material is accurately positioned on the hole bottom surface of the fixing hole, and workability can be improved.
