PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suitable advise information to a user or his family corresponding to the action of the user. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 2 of user measures a position while utilizing a signal from a satellite 1 and transmits the position information through a base station 3 and a network 7 to a host device 5. Based on the position information and the information from a server 4, the host device 5 refers to an area table 11 and a message list 12 in a data base 6, and generates an advise message. This message is transmitted to the portable terminal 2 and presented to the user. Besides, the other messages pass through an interface 8 and are presented from a telephone 9 or terminal 10 to the users' family. |
