PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controlling device and an image forming device provided with the same making a photosensitive member or a transfer member possible to be manually rotated by inputted a signal to a stopping ultrasonic wave motor at a level impossible to start the rotation. SOLUTION: This motor controlling device, provided with motor controlling means 6 capable of rotating and stopping the motor, and an idling signal inputting means 7 capable of inputting the driving signal at the level of hardly letting the motor start rotating, is allowed to input the driving signal at the level of hardly letting the motor start rotating by the idling signal inputting means 7 at the time of stopping the motor rotation. To say more precisely, a pulselike signal is sent from a pulse generating device and a high frequency controlling circuit 3 to the ultrasonic wave motor driver 2, and the pulse voltage in the level of hardly letting the motor start rotating with regard to this pulse signal from the ultrasonic wave motor-driver 2 to the ultrasonic wave motor 1. |
