PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device where a semiconductor chip operates normally independent of disturbances caused by stress even if stress is locally applied to the semiconductor chip in a multistage cascade circuit such as a shift register where circuits that operate cyclically are connected in multistage. SOLUTION: Cells formed of D-type flip-flops(D-FF) that operate synchronously with each other are connected in multistage, and when clock signals CK are applied to every 5 or 4 D-FFs from signal drive sources I1, I2 I5, and I6 formed of inverter elements, signal wires H1, H2, H5, and H6 that supply signals to, cells or blocks are connected in parallel with the signal drive sources I1, I2, I5, and I6 that are sparsely arranged. |
