PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate insertion of a contact spring and simplify its design by engaging a hook with an outer edge of a land, engaging a latch with an inner edge of the land, and extending a spring plate part connected to the latch from the latch. SOLUTION: A repeated bend hook 46 of a contact spring 28 is engaged with the outer edge of a land of a shield 18, and a latch 48 is engaged in an opening 34 with the inner edge of the land of the shield 18. When the contact spring 28 is installed, the hook 46 is installed first and acts as a pivot for rotating the contact spring 28, and the latch 48 enters the opening 34 and engages with the inner edge of the land of the shield 18. The mutual interaction of a clamp part of the contact spring 28 with a rear part of the shield 18 gives a self-tightening feature, when a plate part of the contact spring makes contact with a conductive coating on an inner wall of a funnel. The plate part of the contact spring, when it makes contact with the interior of the funnel, is deflected towards the shield 18 so as to further close the clamp part around the inner and outer edges of the land.
