PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the use quantity of a flat sheet to reduce cost by bundling a covered wire bundle wherein multiple covered wires are arranged into a flat shape by both ends of a flat sheet bonded or welded to one of its surfaces and by taping. SOLUTION: A desired number of covered wires 11 are so arranged in a flat shape, on the upper surface of a long flat sheet 12 formed of a resin material or the like and cut into a desired length, that their lengthwise directions are in parallel with one another, and are integrally fixed by the use of an adhesive or by thermal welding means. Next, both ends of the flat sheet 12 and the bundle of the covered wires 11 are bundled by an adhesive tape 13 and thus their coming-off and looseness are prevented, so that the flat shape of the covered wires 11 are stably maintained. Slightly raised parts U be formed at both side edges in the widthwise direction of the flat sheet 12, and they are utilized for the positioning of the covered wires 11. Because the flat sheet 12 is abutted only on the one surface of the bundle of the covered wires 11 arranged in the flat shape, it is more economical than is used for both the surfaces.
