PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the mechanism and to reduce the number of parts being used by simplifying the constitution, which is used to press a disk to a loading roller, as much as possible. SOLUTION: A lower disk guide 38 is arranged below an upper disk guide 37 and a loading roller 33 with a gap to form a disk passage 39. The guide 38 is mounted on a stage 30a in a freely rotative manner in the up and down directions by a pair of supporting shafts 38a and is pressed against the side, that is pressed to the roller 33, by a pair of springs 38b. Stoppers 38c, which are projected to the upper direction, are provided to the guide 38 to control the operating range of the pressed side of the guide 38. A recessed section 38d is provided on the surface of the guide 38 to store the roller 33.
