PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of an abnormal sound and to prevent irregular electrification by inserting a filling material into the inside of a supporting body and fixing the filling material with an adhesive mixed with a resin filler to the inner face of the supporting body. SOLUTION: A filling material 1 is inserted into the inside of the supporting body of the photoreceptor drum 4, and the filling material 1 is fixed with an adhesive 5 mixed with a resin filler to the inner wall 2a of the supporting body. The adhesive used is preferably an anaerobic adhesive. The resin filler used is a crosslinked copolymer essentially consisting of divinylbenzene, and its particle size is preferably 2 to 100μm, more preferably 5 to 16μm. The mixing ratio of the resin filler to the adhesive is preferably 7:13 to 1:99 by weight, and more preferably 1:2 to 2:1. Thereby, deformation of the supporting body due to uneven coating state of the adhesive can be prevented and the quality of obtd. images can be improved. Moreover, production of abnormal sound can be prevented by the antivibration effect of the filling material 1. |
