摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembling, to enable automation, and to prevent the occurrence of connection failure by inserting the lead wires into a pipe-shaped electrode terminal arranged in a cover and plugging it for the electromotive part composed of a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, a molten salt electrolyte and a heating element housed in a battery case. SOLUTION: A unit cell 2 composed of a positive electrode of iron sulfide, a separator of a molten salt mixture and a negative electrode of a lithium alloy and a heating element 3 composed of iron and potassium perchlorate are laminated. An ignition introducing hole 11 is arranged in the center of electromotive part laminated body 1, and an ignition introducing belt 12 is mounted through a heat resistant tape 13 to be housed in a stainless steel battery case 18 through a heat insulator 17. An easily ignitable heating agent such as zirconium and pottasium chromate is used for these ignition introducing belt 12 and ignition introducing hole 11. A battery cover 4 mounted with ignition terminals 8 connected to an ignition ball 10 and positive/negative electrode output terminals 6, 7 is installed under pressurization and welded to the battery case 18, and cross-sectional circular lead wires 14, 15 are inserted into the cross-sectional hollow circular terminals 6, 7 to be sealed and connected by solder and wax.
