摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase level difference without the possibility that a Schottky diode is broken, while maintaining a stable automatic level control(ALC) function by composing a detection part of a 1st detection part, which becomes effective in low-output mode and a 2nd detection part which becomes effective in high-output mode. SOLUTION: A transmission power generating stage 11 of the radio transmission device 10 converts the frequency of an input signal Sin, amplifies it, and outputs the signal. The detection part 13 composed of a 1st detection 13L, which becomes effective in the low-output mode and a 2nd detection 13H which becomes effective in the high-output mode outputs part of the sending power generating stage 11 as a detection voltage, by branching in part and the ALC16 performs automatic level control with respect to the sending power generating stage 11 according to the detection output from the detection part. Then ATPC17 performs automatic transmission output control(ATPC) for allowing the sending power generating stage 11 and ALC16 for having it either operate in a high-output mode or low-output mode.
