PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a camera part and to display an object which is a target in the central part of an image by touching the object shown at an edge of the image with a finger by adopting a touch panel type display and a video signal detection circuit. SOLUTION: When an object image 10 is touched with a finger, the coordinate axes of the object on a display are detected and supplied as positional information to a processing circuit. The detection method for position coordinates on a touch panel is widely known and detects coordinates on an X-axis and a Y-axis by blocking a sensor (optical sensor) with the finger on a touch panel plane. The processing circuit transmits control data, so as to move the object in the direction of the center on a screen in response to positional information sent from a touch panel display 5, and a controller supplies a control drive signal to a zoom lens and an electrically-driven pan head. Thus, the zoom lens and the pan head are made to move so that the target object 10 is located at the central part of the screen.
