PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption and the weight of an antenna device for a master station by using an antenna for forming a pencil beam tiltable so as to turn is plural different directions and tilting the pencil beam in the direction of removing a fixed slave station to which communication is allocated from the dead zone of beams. SOLUTION: The master station is provided with the antenna 7 for forming the pencil beam tiltable so as to turn to the plural different directions and a control part 14 tilts the pencil beam in the direction of removing the fixed slave station to which the communication is allocated corresponding to generation of a call from the dead zone of the beam. That is, in the case that the master station and the fixed slave station perform communication, the control part 14 reads that an antenna beam used by the fixed slave station is the pencil beam within the vertical plane from a memory part 15 and transmits control signals for switching to the pencil beam within the vertical plane to an antenna beam forming/switching device 10. The antenna beam forming/switching device 10 switches the antenna beam and starts the communication with the fixed slave station. |
