PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a labor by preventing the overlapped input of document data or the like, and to accurately execute the inspection of the alteration of data or the like. SOLUTION: Input terminal equipment 1 for a branch office generates a document record for each document based on inputted document data, and stealth-prints it in the prescribed area of the document, and adds and inserts it to a batch file. Then, the input terminal equipment 1 issues a batch card in executing settlement processing on a processing day, attaches the batch card to the bundle of documents, and transmits it with an IC card in which the batch file is stored to a business centralized center. A centralized processor 2 reads the documents and the ticket facial data of the batch card by an OCR (optical character reading device), and reads the data stealth-printed on the document, and compares the batch file in the IC card with the data read by the OCR and the stealth-read data for inspecting the validity of the data. |
