PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the harmful effects caused by the electromagnetic induction to the auto-tracking/auto-focusing control by providing a constitution where the commands given from a host computer are not received at one of both recording parts, etc., while a recording or reproducing command is executed at the other recording part. SOLUTION: An MPU 203 contained in a hybrid card reader/writer 200 monitors the commands given from a host computer 201 and discriminates the type of a received command. If a recording/reproducing command is received against an IC memory part, the MPU 203 judges whether the received command is currently executed to an optical recording part. Then it's decided that the recording/reproducing command is not executed to the optical recording part, the recording/reproducing command is started to the IC memory part. Then the communication of information is carried out between the antenna coils to record or reproduce the information to the IC memory part. |
