PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a photoelectric conversion characteristic and durability by including a noncross-linked high molecular compound. SOLUTION: An electrolyte contains a noncross-linked high molecular compound expressed by the formula. In the formula, R1 and R3 respectively and independently represent hydrogen, an alkyl group or an aryl group. R2 represents a substituent containing quaternary salt or quaternary ammonium salt of a hetero ring containing nitrogen. R4 represents a substituent containing a hetero ring or tertiary amine containing nitrogen. D and E respectively and independently represent a coupling group, and (d) and (e) respectively and independently represent 0 or 1. A represents a repeating unit induced from a compound containing an ethylenic unsaturated group. (a), (b) and (c) respectively and independently represent the weight composition ratio of respective repeating units, (a) is 1 wt.% to 100 wt.%, (b) is 0 wt.% to 99 wt.%, and (c) is 0 wt.% to 80 wt.%. |
