PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a key touch feel and playing performance more approximate to that of a grand piano. SOLUTION: A keyboard musical instrument as this device has keys 11 and hammers 43 which strike bodies to be struck by turning when these keys 11 are depressed. The hammers 43 have hammer shanks 43a, shank coupling members 43b which are coupled to the front ends thereof, intermediate coupling members 43c which are coupled to the shank coupling members 43b with screws and weight members 43f which are mounted at the front end of these intermediate coupling members 43. The centroid positions of the hammers 43 are eventually located on the side opposite to the turning direction of the hammers 43 at the time of striking apart from the hammer shanks 43a by such constitution, by which the mechanism of the hammers 43 is approximated to the mechanism of the grand piano. |
