SOLUTION: This local energy supply managing device is provided with a required supply predicting part 1 for predicting the required energy supply in the area, an energy distribution determining part 2 for determining first and second optimum local energy distribution rates Wkl and Wlm for reducing the energy consumption and carbon dioxide discharge while using an optimizing problem for minimizing an evaluation function with this predicted required energy supply as a limit condition, a local energy producing device 3 for producing supply energy while using the first optimum local energy distribution rate for the energy quantity of a primary energy source, and a local energy distributing device 4 for distributing the energy to a distribution object while using the second optimum local energy distribution rate for this produced supply energy quantity.</p> |
