PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the heat-developable photosensitive material reduced in fluctuation of photographic performance due to a fog inhibitor solution with lapse of time and freed of rise of fog in the photosensitive material after development processing by incorporating an organic silver salt, a binder, photosensitive silver halide and a specified compound. SOLUTION: This photosensitive material contains the organic silver salt, the binder, the photosensitive silver halide and at least one kind of compound represented by the formula in which each of X1 and X2 is a halogen atom; each of Q1 and Q2 is a heterocyclic group; each of Y1 and Y2 is a divalent binding group of -SO-, -SO2-, -CO-, -N(R1)-SO2-, -SO2-N(R1)-, alkylene, arylene, or divalent heterocyclic group or a divalent bonding group of optional combination of some of these groups; R1 is an H atom or an alkyl group; each of A1 and A2 is an H atom or an electron withdrawing group but each is not an H atom at the same time; and (m) is 0 or 1.
