PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a joining time and to easily disassemble and reutilize a joined member without breaking it by joining a plurality of members by using a joining member provided with a spiral projected part having a specified leas angle at an outer periphery part. SOLUTION: A first member 1 is joined with a second member 2 by the joining member 3. The member 3 is provided with the spiral projected part 3a like a screw at the outer periphery part and formed so that its lead angle is within the range of 45 deg. to 75 deg.. It is desirable to form the projected part 3a so that the size of the outside diameter is within the range of 1.4 mm and 2.3 mm and the pitch is within the range of 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm in the case of making the projected part 3a into many lines. At the time of joining the first and the second members 1 and 2, the member 3 is inserted from the hole 2a of the second member 2, and the head part 3b of the member 3 is pressed by a tool and press-fit in the hole 1a of the first member 1. At the time of disassembling the second member 2 from the first member 1, a driver is engaged with a cross bit 3c formed at the head part 3b of the member 3 and rotated.
