<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system controlling the output of an illumination load in response to the detection output of a human detecting sensor and capable of offering a comfortable illumination environment. SOLUTION: This lighting system is constituted of a lamp 5, two human detecting sensors 1A, 1B detecting the presence or absence of a human being, a controller 2 receiving the detection signals from the human detecting sensors 1A, 1B and transmitting an on/off-signal 3, and a lighting circuit section 4 receiving the on/off-signal 3 and controlling the light output of the lamp 5. When the human detecting sensors 1A, 1B detect the presence of a human being, the lamp 5 is lighted for fixed periods TA, TB (TA>TB) after detection. The fine movement detection precision of the human detecting sensor 1A is made higher than that of the human detecting sensor 1B.</p> |
