PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the silver halide photographic sensitive material prevented from occurrence of uneven development and uneven drying even in the case of rapid processing by controlling the contact angle of the surface on the side of an emulsion layer to water to a specified degree or less and a ratio of the contact angle after completing the total processes to that before starting the process into a specified range. SOLUTION: The contact angle of the surface on the side of the emulsion layer to water is controlled to <=60 deg., and the ratioα/βof that after completing the total processesαto that before the processβis 1.0-2.0. The constituent layer of the silver halide photographic sensitive material contains at least one kind of compound represented by the formula I and II in which R1 is a 1-30C optionally substituted alkyl or alkenyl group; each of m1 and n1 is 1-50; each of m2 and n2 is 0-30; Rf is an optionally substituted alkyl group or the like having at least 3 fluorine atoms; A is a divalent bonding group; and X is a water-soluble group.
