PURPOSE: An unwoven fabric is provided not to injure the health of foot when it is used as a reinforcing agent of shoes without soles by having a fine ventilating efficiency, and to reduce the producing costs by reducing the working process. CONSTITUTION: A vertical lapper stands a fibrous web in 4-60mm vertically by installing before a hot air-through bonding after card device. And it forcibly enters into a device of air-through bonding during maintaining the height. An upper and a lower endless conveyer belts is operated with hot air in the device of air-through bonding at the same time, and a fiber of low temperature is combined in a regular thickness therein by sticking in a fiber of high temperature, thereby an unwoven fabric is produced.
