PURPOSE: A memory substrate reproducing apparatus is provided to improve a productivity of a substrate by spreading a bent substrate by a pressure and a heat. CONSTITUTION: The memory substrate reproducing apparatus comprises: a body frame(100); a handle portion (200) mounted at the body frame to be rotated; a bed portion (400) for loading a substrate on an upper part of the bed portion to heat the substrate; a pressure forcing portion (300) connected to the handle portion and moving upward and downward according to a rotation of the handle portion, for forcing a heat and a pressure to the substrate so as to be spreaded the substrate; a control portion (500) connected to the bed portion and the pressure forcing portion, for controlling the bed portion and the pressure forcing portion so that the bed and pressure forcing portions heats the substrate during a predetermined time; and a sense portion (600) mounted at one side of the body frame, for sensing a location of the pressure portion to transfer an operation signal to the control portion.
