PURPOSE: An appearance improving processing method is provided to form a pattern using a pattern mold on a porous hardened concrete surface layer or draw the pattern to be wanted using a pattern plate. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of a pattern stone contains the steps of: establishing a base layer with porous hardened concrete and hardening; inputting the mixture consisted of sand, broken stone, shattered waste glass in a natural stone pattern; aligning the pattern mold where the concrete mixture is inputted to be turned over at the upper part of the base layer. The drawing method of a pattern on the surface of a wrapped body has the steps of: establishing a base layer with porous hardened concrete; inputting the concrete mixture which has different color or material with the material of the base layer in intaglio part formed by the pattern mold to finish.
