PURPOSE: An electronic banking system using the sensing of the finger prints is provided to develop the protection system of the banking system by connecting the electronic device having finger prints detecting function and the banking system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an electronic note(1) which has the stored fingerprint signal, a finger print scanner(21) which detects whether the input finger print is identical with the finger print stored in the electronic note or not, a terminal equipment(2) having the finger print scanner, and a transaction managing system(3) which does the transaction for the customer. The electronic note is issued if the user provides the finger print signal and this finger print signal is scanned by the finger print scanner and then transmitted to the transaction managing system.
