PURPOSE: A molding device for a constructing exterior member is provided to maximize a round shaping operation and a manufacturing workability without forming an extra cutting unit in a side surface unit while rounding bend-up treating the four vertexes of the exterior material. CONSTITUTION: A molding device is composed of: a lower unit molding instrument(10) being located for supporting the inner side of an exterior member(1) side unit(4) and the vertex lower surface of an ornamental surface unit(3); a clamping instrument(30) for pressurize-fixing the ornamental surface unit of the exterior member being located in the upper unit of the lower unit molding instrument to a fixing plate(32) of the front end by using the lowering and falling operation of a hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder operating rod(31); and a pressurizing bend-up instrument(20) for bending-up a non-shaped projecting unit(2) of the exterior material being fixed by using the clamping instrument. Therefore, the rounding treatment of four vertexes for the ornamental surface unit and a side surface unit to meet is easy, and a manufacturing workability is excellent in a soft metal plate material with a low transforming rate according to a pressurized shaping while manufacturing the exterior material.
