A polyolefin resin composition comprising a polyolefin resin and a compound having an intramolecular unsaturated bond, characterized in that the number of the intramolecular unsatured bonds contained in the polyolefin resin composition is 0.5 or larger per 10<3> carbon atoms. When used as a resin material for extrusion laminating, the composition is satisfactory in low-temperature moldability and high-speed moldability during extrusion laminating and has extremely high adhesion to different kinds of materials. The composition is suitable for use in various laminate application products, for example, a release base, process sheet, packaging material, and container.
